Mondays child poem
Mondays
child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay.

What day were you born? I was on Sunday, but was the opposite of that for the first 5 years of my life...I was a little terror!!
:) I am a Thursday's child... Not sure what that says about me!
It's a cute poem...unless you are born on Wednesday or Thursday!! Seriously, "full of woe" and "far to go"? How encouraging...
It was one I always liked when I was younger, even though I "have far to go"! I think it is just one of those poems that is fun to say. I think I had it memorized for awhile.
